Instructions

  • First fry the seasoned chicken in the oven at 180 degrees hot air for a good 90 minutes. Peel the potatoes, cut into parts and simmer with salted water for approx. 25 minutes. 2 In the meantime, remove the cabbage leaves from the stalk and wash well. Then cut into fine strips and add to boiling salted water. Let simmer for a good 30 minutes. Now heat the butter in the pan and sweat and stir with the flour. Now pour off the savoy cabbage and pour approx. 300 - 400 ml of the poured water into the roux and bring to the boil. Now add the cooked savoy cabbage and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg as desired. Delicious!! So now the delicious dish is ready, if you want you can add a sauce to it so that the potatoes are not so dry or you can take some sauce from the savoy cabbage. Depending on your preference!
