Cheese and Mascapone Cake

- 6 Eggs
- 125 g Butter at room temperature
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 20 g Food starch
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 750 g Quark lean
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 3 tbsp Semolina soft
- 150 g Ladyfingers crumbled
- 60 g Soft butter
- If you want a cheesecake with a base, crumble the sponge fingers in and add softened butter. Place on the base of a 26-inch springform pan and press down. Mix all ingredients together and pour into the greased springform pan. If you want you can also put fruit on top, e.g. frozen raspberries or mandarins. 1 H. at 150C °
