Lamb’s Lettuce with Melon
The perfect lamb’s lettuce with melon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
about the eggs:
- 100 g Streaky bacon
- 1 Pc. Diced onion
- 0,5 Pc. Melon
- 2 Pc. Hard-Boiled eggs
- 10 Pc. European walnuts
- 5 Pc. Yellow cherry tomatoes
- 1 pinch Sweet paprika
Marinade:
- 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Mustard medium hot
- 1,5 tablespoon Old master vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- Clean and wash lettuce and spin dry.
- Shell the walnuts.
- Cut the bacon into cubes, fry, let cool.
- Cut the melon into pieces.
- Put the bacon, onion and melon in a bowl.
- Make the marinade. Now pour the marinade over the bacon and onions, fold through, fold in the lettuce again. Arrange on a plate.
- Peel and halve the eggs. Sprinkle with paprika on top.
- Place walnuts + tomatoes on top.
