Tagliatelle with Figs

The perfect tagliatelle with figs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Figs
  • 500 g Tagliatelle
  • Sal de Ibiza
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Curry
  • 50 g Butter
  • 400 g Cream
  • 100 g Pecorino
  1. Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water until al dente.
  2. Wash the figs, rub dry, peel and cut into medium-sized pieces.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan, add the fig pieces, dust with curry and sweat for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the cream and heat. Rub in the cheese while stirring and let it melt. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Drain the pasta, mix with the fig sauce and serve on preheated plates.
