Tagliatelle with Figs
The perfect tagliatelle with figs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Figs
- 500 g Tagliatelle
- Sal de Ibiza
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp Curry
- 50 g Butter
- 400 g Cream
- 100 g Pecorino
- Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water until al dente.
- Wash the figs, rub dry, peel and cut into medium-sized pieces.
- Heat the butter in a pan, add the fig pieces, dust with curry and sweat for about 2 minutes.
- Add the cream and heat. Rub in the cheese while stirring and let it melt. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Drain the pasta, mix with the fig sauce and serve on preheated plates.
