Sour Tips with Paprika

  • 4 piece Rostbratwurst – poultry
  • 1 piece Red pointed pepper
  • 1 piece Vegetable onion
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 1 cm Ginger
  • 3 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
  • 300 ml Broth
  • 1 tsp Steak pepper
  1. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into strips approx. 1 cm wide. . .
