Sour Tips with Paprika

- 4 piece Rostbratwurst – poultry
- 1 piece Red pointed pepper
- 1 piece Vegetable onion
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- 1 cm Ginger
- 3 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
- 300 ml Broth
- 1 tsp Steak pepper
- Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into strips approx. 1 cm wide. . .
- Peel the onions and cut into rings.
- Finely chop the ginger and thinly slice the garlic cloves.
- Pour the broth and balsamic vinegar over everything and add the pepper.
- Cook over high heat until the onions are soft.
- Then add the sausages and cook on a low heat for 20 minutes.
- The vegetable stock is also great to prepare and you can cook the sausages in it later.
- Serve with a little brew.
