Salmon Steak on Bed of Vegetables

The perfect salmon steak on bed of vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Zucchini yellow small
  • 1 Chilli green
  • 1 Chilli red fresh
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 1 Fresh tomato
  • 300 g Salmon steak
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh oregano
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Lemongrass Powder
  • Fish seasoning
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  1. Peel the onion and slice it finely, cut the chillies into fine strips and fry them in the olive oil
  2. Slice the zucchini into fine strips (directly in the pan), dice the tomatoes, add the vegetable stock to the pan and mix everything together. Wash oregano, shake dry, chop and stir in, add some water if necessary.
  3. Wash the salmon steak, dab with pepper, lemongrass powder and fish seasoning and place on the vegetables. After 5 minutes, turn the salmon steak over. and let cook for another 5 minutes.
