Asian Turkey Rolls
The perfect asian turkey rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Rolls
- Turkey schnitzel
- 1 tablespoon Mango chutney
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 small Carrot
- 1 pole Leek
sauce
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 small Chilli pepper
- 375 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Can Coconut milk
- 1 Can Yellow curry paste
Rolls
- Wash the schnitzel – pat dry and pat a little flat.
- Wash the carrot and leek and cut into long narrow strips.
- Brush the schnitzel with the chutney and season the salt and pepper.
- Now spread the carrot and leek strips on top, roll up and fix with toothpicks.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry the rolls in it until golden.

- Peel the garlic and the ginger finely dice, remove the seeds from the chilli pepper and cut into small pieces and add everything to the rolls, season with salt and pepper. I added the rest of the carrot and leek strips to the sauce.
- Now deglaze with the stock and coconut milk and simmer covered for about 10 minutes.
- Add the curry paste, season to taste and bring to the boil, add seasoning if necessary and if you want you can thicken the sauce a little
- We ate rice with it, it was delicious – Bon appetit; 🙂
