Ingredients

  • 3 Turkey schnitzel
  • 3 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 pinch Seasoned pepper
  • 1 pinch Chilli flakes
  • 1 small Onion in wedges

Instructions

  • Rinse the turkey schnitzel under cold water and carefully pat dry with kitchen paper; then cut the pieces in half so that there are now 6 small steaks.
  • In a sealable container, mix the teriyaki sauce with the oil, pepper and chilli flakes, place the turkey steaks in the marinade and sprinkle with the onion wedges. Seal the container and marinate the meat for 24 hours. Turn once in between.
  • Drain the turkey meat slightly before preparing it and then cook it on the grill or fry it briefly in very little oil or continue cooking as you like.
  • I seared them very briefly and then topped them with pineapple and let them simmer in the oven for a few minutes on a mild heat.
