Shish Kebab Spice Mix

The perfect shish kebab spice mix recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

From dried spices:

  • 6 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 3 tsp Curry powder, yellow, e.g. Spice mixture in m. KB
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 3 tsp Dried tomato flakes
  • 3 tsp Dried onion
  • 2 tsp Dried parsley
  • 2 tsp Dried basil
  • 1 tsp Colorful pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Yellow mustard seeds

Mixed spice shashlik:

  1. If necessary, grind all the individual spices again finely, measure them precisely and fill them into spice jars. The barbecue sauce can be mixed with it, or simply sprinkled on top.

z. B. Grill sauce:

  1. Mix a sauce with tomato paste, apple pieces, vinegar, jam, honey, gherkins, pickled onions, cornstarch and the like and heat it briefly in the pot, then add the shashlik spice mixture to season.
