Baked Figs with Gorgonzola and Ham

- 8 Fresh figs
- 5 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 100 g Gorgonzola
- 8 Discs Cooked ham or salmon ham
- Salt pepper
- Wash the figs, cut off the tip and cut crosswise at the top. Lightly press the figs and place in a baking dish.
