Baked Figs with Gorgonzola and Ham

  • 8 Fresh figs
  • 5 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 100 g Gorgonzola
  • 8 Discs Cooked ham or salmon ham
  • Salt pepper
  1. Wash the figs, cut off the tip and cut crosswise at the top. Lightly press the figs and place in a baking dish.
