Quick Sucuk Stew (soup)

The perfect quick sucuk stew (soup) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Sucuk roughly diced
  • 4 Diced potatoes
  • 3 Diced onions
  • 4 Tough Garlic cloves chopped
  • 500 g Leek halved lengthways and cut
  • Vegetable broth
  • Pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Savory
  • 1,5 tbsp Herbal cream cheese
  • Some oil
  1. Heat a saucepan with oil and fry the sucuk in it. When everything is evenly browned, add onions, potatoes and garlic and “sear” with. After about 5-10 minutes add the leek and mix everything well. Now pour in water until everything is well covered. Then season with vegetable stock (powder) and bring to the boil. the potato pieces should be ready after about 10-15 minutes. Now stir in the pepper, savory and cream cheese and bring to the boil for another 2 minutes.
