Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 250 g tomatoes
- 1 small bell pepper(s)
- 500 g sauerkraut
- 2 pairs of sausages (Debreziner)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp marjoram
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 liter beef broth (beef soup)
- oil
- possibly cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely chop the onion, slice the Debreziner, and roast it. Add the quartered tomatoes, finely sliced bell peppers, and some sauerkraut, then pour in the soup. Add the spices and simmer. The cabbage should still be crunchy. If desired, add cream to taste.
