Romanesco + Cauliflower Gratin
The perfect romanesco + cauliflower gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Royal:
- 1 Pc. Cauliflower fresh
- 4 Pc. Waxy potatoes
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 0,5 packet Cream
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
gratinated :
- 1 packet Mozzarella minis
- 6 Discs Leerdamer cheese
Preparation .
- Clean Romanesco + cauliflower, blanch, quench. (Cooking sample)
