Ingredients
 

Royal:

  • 1 Cauliflower fresh
  • 4 Waxy potatoes
  • 1 Egg
  • 0,5 packet Cream
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Coarse salt

gratinated :

  • 1 packet Mozzarella minis
  • 6 slices Leerdamer cheese

Instructions
 

Preparation .

  • Clean Romanesco + cauliflower, blanch, quench. (Cooking sample)
