Three Barbecue Sauces, Dip Sauces, Fondue Sauces
The perfect three barbecue sauces, dip sauces, fondue sauces recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
garlic sauce
- 4 Garlic clove crushed
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp Quark semi-fat
- Salt and pepper
Aurora sauce
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Quark semi-fat
- 1 tsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 Splash Worcester sauce
- 1 tbsp Cognac
- Black pepper from the mill
Herb sauce
- 25 g Herbal mixture TK
- 1 tsp Chopped onion
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Quark semi-fat
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Mix the ingredients for the sauces together (each sauce for itself, of course) – done! The photo shows the garlic sauce above, the herb dip on the left and the aurora sauce on the right.
