Hot Bloody-Mary Soup

The perfect hot bloody-mary soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 piece Tomatoes
  • 1 Bit Garlic
  • 400 ml Chicken broth ….. link see below …..
  • 1 tsp Sage leaves
  • 1 tsp Basil leaves
  • 1 Stamperl Vodka
  • Worcester sauce
  • Tabasco
  • Fleur de sel
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Remove the stalks from the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Peel the garlic and dice it finely.
  2. Put the chicken stock in a saucepan, add tomatoes, garlic and herbs and let everything simmer gently for 10 minutes. Then pass through a sieve.
  3. Now return the broth to the pot and heat it up, add the vodka and season to taste with Worcester sauce and tabsaco.
  4. Put the soup in a soup cup and sprinkle with pepper and fleur de sel ….. enjoy your meal …..
