Hot Bloody-Mary Soup

- 5 piece Tomatoes
- 1 Bit Garlic
- 400 ml Chicken broth ….. link see below …..
- 1 tsp Sage leaves
- 1 tsp Basil leaves
- 1 Stamperl Vodka
- Worcester sauce
- Tabasco
- Fleur de sel
- Black pepper from the mill
- Remove the stalks from the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Peel the garlic and dice it finely.
- Put the chicken stock in a saucepan, add tomatoes, garlic and herbs and let everything simmer gently for 10 minutes. Then pass through a sieve.
- Now return the broth to the pot and heat it up, add the vodka and season to taste with Worcester sauce and tabsaco.
- Put the soup in a soup cup and sprinkle with pepper and fleur de sel ….. enjoy your meal …..
- You can serve this soup cold or hot as a dessert soup.
