Vegan: Hot Soup for Cold Days – Vitamin Bomb
The perfect vegan: hot soup for cold days – vitamin bomb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Diced carrots
- 1 piece Diced Kohlrabi
- 1 piece Diced celery bulb
- 1 pole Leek cut
- 1 piece Diced parsley root
- 3 tbsp My vegetable broth *
- Filtered water
- Clean, peel and, if necessary, wash all vegetables and cut them into cubes ….. I did it with my Genius.
- Put the diced vegetables in a saucepan, spread the vegetable stock over them and pour the filtered water over them.
- Bring the whole thing to a boil, cook for about 4 minutes, turn off the heat and simply let it steep a little with the lid closed …..
- 4 …. that was a vitamin bomb !!!
- We then had freshly chopped parsley on the plate :-)))
