Vegan: Hot Soup for Cold Days – Vitamin Bomb

The perfect vegan: hot soup for cold days – vitamin bomb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Diced carrots
  • 1 piece Diced Kohlrabi
  • 1 piece Diced celery bulb
  • 1 pole Leek cut
  • 1 piece Diced parsley root
  • 3 tbsp My vegetable broth *
  • Filtered water
  1. Clean, peel and, if necessary, wash all vegetables and cut them into cubes ….. I did it with my Genius.
  2. Put the diced vegetables in a saucepan, spread the vegetable stock over them and pour the filtered water over them.
  3. Bring the whole thing to a boil, cook for about 4 minutes, turn off the heat and simply let it steep a little with the lid closed …..
  4. 4 …. that was a vitamin bomb !!!
  5. We then had freshly chopped parsley on the plate :-)))
  6. * Supplies: Make your own vegetable stock
