Hot Bloody-Mary Soup

Ingredients
 

  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 1 some Garlic
  • 400 ml Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Sage leaves
  • 1 tsp Basil leaves
  • 1 shot glass Vodka
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco
  • Fleur de sel
  • Black pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Remove the stalks from the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Peel the garlic and dice it finely.
  • Put the chicken stock in a saucepan, add tomatoes, garlic and herbs and let everything simmer gently for 10 minutes. Then pass through a sieve.
  • Now return the broth to the pot and heat it up, add the vodka and season to taste with Worcester sauce and tabsaco.
  • Put the soup in a soup cup and sprinkle with pepper and fleur de sel ..... enjoy your meal .....
  • You can serve this soup cold or hot as a dessert soup.
