Ice Cream: Ginger Vanilla Ice Cream

- 250 ml Milk
- 100 g Candied ginger
- 1 pcs Fresh ginger
- 4 Egg yolks
- 3 El Sugar
- 1 just Vanilla flavor
- 1 shot Vanilla syrup
- 1 just Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 200 ml Cream
- 200 ml Liquor 43
- Chop the ginger, peel the fresh ginger, add everything to the milk and bring to the boil, let it steep for half an hour.
- Put the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and bring the milk to the boil again, then sieve and add to the eggs, whip over steam until a thick consistency is obtained. Let cool.
- Add the liqueur, vanilla syrup and flavor. Whip the cream until stiff. Stir everything together to taste and add a little more syrup if necessary, put everything in an ice cream maker until it is firm.
