Summer Fruit Salad

The perfect summer fruit salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Honeydew melon approx. 200 g
  • 6 piece Fresh apricots approx. 150 g
  • 6 piece Fresh strawberries approx. 100 g
  • 0,5 Lemon fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
  • 4 Mint leaves
  1. Peel the melon and remove the stones. Cut the pulp into cubes. Wash, dry, core and chop apricots. Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Squeeze the lemon.
  2. Mix the prepared fruit with lemon juice and honey. Wash the mint leaves, shake dry and cut into fine strips. Add under the fruit salad.
