Raspberry – pink grapefruit – jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg raspberries
  • 3 pink grapefruits (very juicy)
  • 600 g sugar
  • 1 sachet Gelfix , 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Juice the grapefruit, add it to a saucepan with the raspberries, and bring to a boil with the sugar. You can add a little more sugar to taste. Stir in the gel-fix, bring to a boil again, and immediately pour into twist-off jars and seal. I always turn the jars upside down for another 5 minutes.
