Vegan: Vegetables – Smoked Tofu – Noodle Pan
The perfect vegan: vegetables – smoked tofu – noodle pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Smoked tofu
- 1 shot Tamari soy sauce
- 1 medium sized Onion
- 1 shot Garlic oil
- 5 small Young carrots in the garden
- 300 g Cooked pasta gluten-free
- 1 small A bouquet of parsley cut into small pieces
- 1 small Salt and pepper
- Cut the tofu and place in a bowl, pour a good dash of Tamari soy sauce over it and let it steep for about 15 minutes, marinate.
- During this time, wash the carrots and brush them off if necessary. Peel and chop the onion and toss in the hot garlic oil in a wok. Press the carrots through the Genius, or cut them very small (it takes a little longer) and place in the hot onions and braise with them.
- Then add the marinated tofu, toss well again and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Wash the parsley (a nice giveaway from your dear friend), cut off the stalks and chop them, then add to the wok and toss.
- Now only add the cooked noodles (no matter which one you use), swirl everything well and then distribute it on 2 preheated plates.
- Fast – healthy – and completely veggie ;-))
