Potato Salad with Chicken-minute Steaks

- 500 gr Jacket potatoes in slices
- 3 Hard-Boiled eggs
- 400 gr Chicken Minute Steaks
- 3 El Oil
- 200 gr Pickles
- 1 Apple
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Red Onion
- 200 gr Salad cream
- Parsely
- Salt pepper
- Chop the cucumber. Cut the apple into wedges. Quarter the eggs. Halve the onion and cut into rings.
- Salt and pepper the meat and fry in oil until crispy.
- Drizzle the apple with lemon juice. Mix the salad cream with 3-4 tablespoons of cucumber water. Salt and pepper.
- Put 1 / 3 of the salad cream in a bowl and spread the apple wedges on top. Put the potatoes on top.
- Now place onions, cucumber and meat on top.
- Spread the rest of the salad cream on top. Garnish with eggs and sprinkle with parsley.
