  • 3 Tablespoon (level) Sugar
  • 1 Pc. Protein
  • 50 g Chopped walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

  1. Prepare the pudding as instructed. Set aside and let cool. Stir more often to prevent skin from forming. Roast the nuts in a pan without fat and stir into the pudding. Beat egg whites into snow and fold in as well.
