Ingredients

  • 5 Apples
  • 5 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice

Filling:

  • 40 g Butter
  • 20 g Vanilla sugar
  • 60 g Dark chocolate
  • 30 g Cornflakes
  • 20 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 2 pinch Cinammon

  • 1 pinch Cinammon
  • 1 packet Vanilla sauce

Orange fillets:

  • 1 Orange
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 5 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice

Instructions

  • Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash apples and cut the base straight, cut off the lid generously. Core the apples with a ball cutter and drizzle with orange juice.
  • Preparation of the filling: Beat the butter and vanilla sugar until frothy. Coarsely grate the chocolate and roughly crumble the cornflakes by hand. Fold all the ingredients for the filling under the foamy butter and loosely fill the apples with the mixture and put the lid back on. Place the apples on a baking sheet and put them in the middle of the oven. Baking time: 20-25 min.
  • Heat the vanilla sauce powder with the milk and add the cinnamon. Cut the fillets from an orange, heat briefly in a pan and add the sugar. Let everything caramelize and deglaze with the orange juice.
