Milk Cream
The perfect milk cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 ml Milk
- 2 Eßl Powdered sugar
- 2 Eßl Flour
- 200 ml Whipped cream stiff
- Mix the powdered sugar and flour
- Heat the milk to boiling point and add to the milk while stirring.
- Let simmer on low heat until a thick cream is formed
- Let the cream cool down, mix in the cream and you have a delicious cream to fill with cakes and the like
