Milk Cream

The perfect milk cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 ml Milk
  • 2 Eßl Powdered sugar
  • 2 Eßl Flour
  • 200 ml Whipped cream stiff
  1. Mix the powdered sugar and flour
  1. Heat the milk to boiling point and add to the milk while stirring.
  1. Let simmer on low heat until a thick cream is formed
  1. Let the cream cool down, mix in the cream and you have a delicious cream to fill with cakes and the like
