Ice Cream: Coconut Milk and Mint Ice Cream

The perfect ice cream: coconut milk and mint ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 160 g Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 hand Mint
  1. Whip the cream, chop the mint in a food processor.
  2. Now add the coconut milk, the condensed milk and the mint leaves to the cream, season to taste and, if necessary, add more condensed milk, depending on your taste.
  3. Put in the ice cream maker for 40-50 minutes.
