Stuffed Chicken Fillet
The perfect stuffed chicken fillet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Chicken breast fillet, fresh
- Oil for frying
filling
- 1 el Cream cheese -I took brunch with a pepper-tomato flavor
- 1 el Cheese, grated, I took gouda
- 1 toe Garlic, chopped
- 1 el Onion, chopped
- 1 el Pointed pepper, chopped
- 1 tl Mild chilli powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 el Mango, fresh, chopped
- very finely chop all the ingredients for the filling and mix well so that it becomes a relatively smooth product .. i cut a cavity or pocket into the breast fillet. I have now put the filling in the bag ..
- I tied up the fillet as a packet with kitchen twine and carefully fried it on all sides in hot rapeseed oil … remove the twine after frying .. very tasty, quite hot and served with asparagus .. the red pod was only left. . A light sauce and ribbon noodles would have gone with it …
- p.s. I have fried 3 fillets here … of course, the amount has to be tripled …
