Pasta with Ancho Tomato and Pepper Sauce

- 250 g Pasta
- 500 g Minced meat
- 1 piece Paprika
- 500 g Sieved tomatos
- 3 piece Colorful tomatoes e.g. yellow
- Ancho chilli powder, Paris pepper mix, Danish smoked salt
- Peanut oil
- Put water on and salt. If it boils noodles in
- Sear the minced meat and later pour off the liquid a little
- Chop the tomatoes and peppers into bite-sized pieces
- Add the passé tomatoes to the minced meat and stir well. Only now add the spices and season to taste
- Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes and then add the tomatoes and peppers and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Drain the pasta, pour a little peanut oil over it and mix it once. Ready and serve. Ciabatta bread goes well with it
