Pasta with Ancho Tomato and Pepper Sauce

The perfect pasta with ancho tomato and pepper sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Pasta
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 piece Paprika
  • 500 g Sieved tomatos
  • 3 piece Colorful tomatoes e.g. yellow
  • Ancho chilli powder, Paris pepper mix, Danish smoked salt
  • Peanut oil
  1. Put water on and salt. If it boils noodles in
  2. Sear the minced meat and later pour off the liquid a little
  3. Chop the tomatoes and peppers into bite-sized pieces
  4. Add the passé tomatoes to the minced meat and stir well. Only now add the spices and season to taste
  5. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes and then add the tomatoes and peppers and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Drain the pasta, pour a little peanut oil over it and mix it once. Ready and serve. Ciabatta bread goes well with it
