Asparagus in Sauce

- 6 Poles Fresh asparagus
- 50 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Whole wheat flour
- Vegetable broth here in the Kb
- Salt pepper
- Sprinkle lemon
- Peel, wash and cut the asparagus into pieces.
- Melt the butter in a high saucepan and sweat the flour in it. Then add the broth and bring to the boil. Add the asparagus pieces and let everything simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
- Season everything with salt & pepper and round off with a pinch of lemon.
- Side dishes: There were boiled potatoes and a salad – a simple meal.
