Ingredients
- 300 g Green asparagus
- 1 cup Natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Honey dijon mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- Honey vinegar
- Sugar to taste

- Peel the asparagus with the peeler (peel thinly from the middle of the sticks) I also cook the asparagus in the microwave, it just doesn't take that long. Otherwise, conventionally in lightly salted water, bring it to the boil, add the sapel and let it steep in it. Then take out and serve on a large plate.
Yogurt - mustard sauce
- Put the jar of yoghurt in a higher bowl or mug, add the mustard and stir everything well with the whisk. Season to taste with salt, pepper, a little sugar and the honey vinegar.
- Goes too many things e.g. with pan-fried food ... jacket potatoes and much more.
