Orange Campari Sorbet
The perfect orange campari sorbet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 60 ml Water
- 60 g Sugar
- 500 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 40 ml Campari
- Bring the water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan, let simmer for 1 minute and then cool
- Mix the sugar solution with the orange juice and Campari
- then put in the ice cream maker. ATTENTION the mass has to be monitored because it wants to lift the lid of the machine and wanders out !!
- The mass can also be chilled in a covered bowl in the freezer compartment. Duration about 5 hours BUT it has to be stirred every 30 minutes
