Orange Campari Sorbet

The perfect orange campari sorbet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 60 ml Water
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 500 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 40 ml Campari
  1. Bring the water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan, let simmer for 1 minute and then cool
  1. Mix the sugar solution with the orange juice and Campari
  1. then put in the ice cream maker. ATTENTION the mass has to be monitored because it wants to lift the lid of the machine and wanders out !!
  1. The mass can also be chilled in a covered bowl in the freezer compartment. Duration about 5 hours BUT it has to be stirred every 30 minutes
