Ingredients
 

  • 4 piece Blood oranges or 300ml of juice
  • 1 piece Fresh lime
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Orange liqueur
  • -
  • 200 ml Water

Instructions
 

  • Squeeze the oranges or measure 300 ml of a good orange juice
  • Rub 1 teaspoon of the zest from the lime
  • Sugar. Bring the water and lime zest to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes in a syrupy manner. Allow to cool slightly.
  • Sieve off the sugar water solution and stir in the orange juice with the liqueur
  • Let cool in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes - then in the ice machine or for about 5 hours in the freezer and whisk briefly every 30 minutes (because of the water crystals)
