Buttermilk Cake with Banana and Mascarpone Cream

Cake mix
- 500 g Flour
- 150 g Sugar fine
- 2 Free range eggs
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 400 ml Buttermilk
- 1 packet Tartar baking powder
cream
- 4 Bananas overripe
- 200 g Mascarpone
- 3 tbsp Agave syrup
- Mix all ingredients for the mixture and let rise on the heater.
- Pour the mixture into a greasy pan and bake at 160 ° C with fan for about 55 minutes until golden.
