Ingredients
- 1 L Whole milk
- 250 g Rice pudding
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- Cinammon
- Sugar
Instructions
- Bring the milk to a boil
- Add the milk rice to the boiled milk and add salt and lemon juice.
- Let the whole simmer for 45 - 50 minutes - stir in between.
- Spread on plates or in bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon / sugar. (Unfortunately, the photos of this have not turned out - but will be added later next time!)
- Can be enjoyed warm or cold ...
