Rice Pudding with Cinnamon and Sugar

Ingredients
 

  • 1 L Whole milk
  • 250 g Rice pudding
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • Cinammon
  • Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Bring the milk to a boil
  • Add the milk rice to the boiled milk and add salt and lemon juice.
  • Let the whole simmer for 45 - 50 minutes - stir in between.
  • Spread on plates or in bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon / sugar. (Unfortunately, the photos of this have not turned out - but will be added later next time!)
  • Can be enjoyed warm or cold ...
