Rice Pudding with Cinnamon and Sugar

The perfect rice pudding with cinnamon and sugar recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 liter Whole milk
  • 250 gr Rice pudding
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • Cinammon
  • Sugar
  1. Bring the milk to a boil
  1. Add the milk rice to the boiled milk and add salt and lemon juice.
  1. Let the whole simmer for 45 – 50 minutes – stir in between.
  1. Spread on plates or in bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon / sugar. (Unfortunately, the photos of this have not turned out – but will be added later next time!)
  1. Can be enjoyed warm or cold …
