Bananas in Cream Caramel

The perfect bananas in cream caramel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 100 ml Cream
  1. Peel the bananas, cut in half and then cut in half lengthways again.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the banana pieces on both sides.
  3. Then sprinkle the sugar over it and let it melt. When it starts to turn brown, deglaze with the cream and let it reduce.
  4. Serve warm, but be careful, it’s very hot but very tasty 🙂
