Bananas in Cream Caramel
The perfect bananas in cream caramel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Bananas
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 100 ml Cream
- Peel the bananas, cut in half and then cut in half lengthways again.
- Melt the butter in a pan and fry the banana pieces on both sides.
- Then sprinkle the sugar over it and let it melt. When it starts to turn brown, deglaze with the cream and let it reduce.
- Serve warm, but be careful, it’s very hot but very tasty 🙂
