Ingredients
- 1 Sponge cake
- 500 g Fresh strawberry
- 500 g Yogurt
- 500 g Low fat quark
- 125 g Sugar
- 3 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 packet Gelatin
Instructions
- Soak gelatine in cold water.
- In the meantime, clean the strawberries and cut them into small pieces.
- Dissolve gelatine while heating.
- Stir the yoghurt into the dissolved gelatin.
- Mix quark with sugar and a pinch of salt. Then add the yoghurt-gelatine mixture and mix well.
- Finally, fold in the cut strawberries.
- Place a cake ring around the biscuit base. Put the mixture on top and chill in the refrigerator for three hours.
