Quark Yoghurt and Strawberry Cake

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Sponge cake
  • 500 g Fresh strawberry
  • 500 g Yogurt
  • 500 g Low fat quark
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 3 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 packet Gelatin

Instructions
 

  • Soak gelatine in cold water.
  • In the meantime, clean the strawberries and cut them into small pieces.
  • Dissolve gelatine while heating.
  • Stir the yoghurt into the dissolved gelatin.
  • Mix quark with sugar and a pinch of salt. Then add the yoghurt-gelatine mixture and mix well.
  • Finally, fold in the cut strawberries.
  • Place a cake ring around the biscuit base. Put the mixture on top and chill in the refrigerator for three hours.
