Pasta Casserole with Gyros
The perfect pasta casserole with gyros recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Pasta
- 500 g Gyros ready seasoned
- 1 Pc. Zucchini
- 1 Bd Spring onions fresh
- 250 g Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Paprika spice
- 200 ml Rama cremefine or cream
- 250 ml Water
- 1 tsp Vegetable broth
- 1 packet Grated Emmental
- Cook the pasta as usual.
- Quarter the zucchini lengthways and then cut into slices. Quarter the tomatoes and cut the spring onions into fine rings.
- Fry the gyros. Add zucchini, tomatoes and spring onions and fry briefly. Add the flour, broth and paprika spice, mix and deglaze with water and cream.
- In a baking dish, first layer pasta, then gyros and cheese and then do the same again. Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
