Pasta Casserole with Gyros

The perfect pasta casserole with gyros recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Pasta
  • 500 g Gyros ready seasoned
  • 1 Pc. Zucchini
  • 1 Bd Spring onions fresh
  • 250 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Paprika spice
  • 200 ml Rama cremefine or cream
  • 250 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth
  • 1 packet Grated Emmental
  1. Cook the pasta as usual.
  1. Quarter the zucchini lengthways and then cut into slices. Quarter the tomatoes and cut the spring onions into fine rings.
  1. Fry the gyros. Add zucchini, tomatoes and spring onions and fry briefly. Add the flour, broth and paprika spice, mix and deglaze with water and cream.
  1. In a baking dish, first layer pasta, then gyros and cheese and then do the same again. Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
