Fast, Low-carb Toast Bun
The perfect fast, low-carb toast bun recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Size M or L Egg
- 45 g Quark
- 20 g Finely ground oat bran
- 1 tsp Tartar baking powder
- Salt to taste
- Spices, e.g. oregano or paprika as desired
- Mix all ingredients in a microwave-compatible bowl (approx. 12 cm diameter), allow to soak for 10 minutes and then cover and cook in the micro for 3 minutes at 800 watts. Then take out the bowl, turn the rolls over and open again for 1 minute in the micro. Allow to cool on a grill. Cut open if necessary and toast again in the toaster. Good Appetite
