Diced Tuna in Bed of Stir-fried Vegetables
The perfect diced tuna in bed of stir-fried vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Fresh tuna fillets
- 600 g Asian frozen wok vegetables
- 1 Pc. Fish sauce, see preparation
- 1 some Soy sauce dark
- 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 some Saffron herb butter own production
- Let the wok vegetables simmer in the herb butter for a few minutes, swirling them through and seasoning with pepper, salt and soy sauce.
- Briefly fry the tuna cubes in coconut oil, seasoning lightly with pepper and salt. The inside of the fish should still be a little raw or at least glassy.
- Prepare the fish sauce according to my recipe from the KB: White garlic fish sauce
- Serve the tuna cubes on a preheated platter in a bed of the wok vegetables. Add the sauce. We had wild rice that was cooked and then tossed in homemade curry butter.
