Minced Ham Rolls on Bed of Vegetables

Ingredients
 

  • 300 g frozen - butter vegetables
  • 0,5 Fresh onion
  • 200 g Minced meat
  • 1 Egg
  • Pepper salt
  • 4 slices Cooked ham
  • 50 g Whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • Pepper
  • Grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Bring the butter vegetables to a boil in a saucepan with five tablespoons of water while stirring. Steam for two minutes. Take off the stove.
  • Peel the onion and dice finely. Mix the minced meat with the onion and egg. Season with pepper. Put a quarter of the minced meat on each slice of ham and roll up the ham slices.
  • Put the vegetables in a greased baking dish. Place the ham rolls on top. Mix the cream with the ketchup. Season with pepper. Spread over the ham rolls. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  • Arrange the ham rolls with vegetables on plates. Serve with the mashed potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
