Diced Tuna in Bed of Stir-fried Vegetables

The perfect diced tuna in bed of stir-fried vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Fresh tuna fillets
  • 600 g Asian frozen wok vegetables
  • 1 Pc. Fish sauce, see preparation
  • 1 some Soy sauce dark
  • 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 some Saffron herb butter own production
  1. Let the wok vegetables simmer in the herb butter for a few minutes, swirling them through and seasoning with pepper, salt and soy sauce.
  2. Briefly fry the tuna cubes in coconut oil, seasoning lightly with pepper and salt. The inside of the fish should still be a little raw or at least glassy.
  3. Prepare the fish sauce according to my recipe from the KB: White garlic fish sauce
  4. Serve the tuna cubes on a preheated platter in a bed of the wok vegetables. Add the sauce. We had wild rice that was cooked and then tossed in homemade curry butter.
