Salad. Buckwheat Salad
The perfect salad. buckwheat salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Cup Buckwheat groats
- 1 tuber Beetroot
- 3 Carrots
- 150 g Feta
- Salt, pepper, ras el hanout
- 1 El Fruity vinegar, I had raspberry vinegar
- Olive oil to taste
- 3 El Walnut kernels, chopped
- Bring the buckwheat groats to the boil and allow them to swell
- As an exception, peel the beetroot before cooking, cut in half and cook with the cleaned carrots. The carrots turn a nice red color.
- When the vegetables are done, cut them into small pieces and add to the buckwheat groats. Add all the spices and the walnuts, carefully fold in the feta, season to taste and you’re done.
