Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh avocado
  • 1 Fresh mango
  • 1 Passion fruit / maracuja
  • 1 handful Buckwheat germ
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic cream (sweet)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon olive oil

Instructions

  • Peel the avocado and mango and cut into slices - mix the balsamic vinegar with the lemon and olive oil and pour over the salad - sprinkle with buckwheat germ and passion fruit
  • Avocado and mango are two of my favorite fruits. Together they taste even better! Buckwheat seedlings are rich in nutrients and have a crispy taste.
