Vegetarian Dishes from Wok
The perfect vegetarian dishes from wok recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Brown fresh mushrooms

- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
- 1 some Butter
- 1 piece Fresh shallots finely diced
- 2 piece Garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Seasonal herbs finely chopped
- 150 g Baby salad mix from the greengrocer I trust
- Of course, the mushrooms are interchangeable, depending on your taste. In the mushroom season I prefer self-collected ones. Everyone can also put together the baby salad according to their taste.
- Unfortunately I didn’t take a final picture. The lettuce collapsed very quickly. We ate it with garlic baquette straight from the wok for dinner.
- Cut the mushrooms into slices and sauté in the butter. Add the garlic and shallots and steam them. Season with the mushroom seasoning, pepper and salt.
- Then add the herbs and heat briefly while stirring.
- Now the salad comes into the wok and is steamed a little until it collapses. The warm mushroom salad can be eaten with baquette as a separate meal, but also as a starter.
