Ingredients
- 4 Pork steaks
- 4 Belly meat slices
- 1 Marinade
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
- 1 Wok salad
Instructions
- Let the meat marinate for about 24 hours (depending on your preference). Then fry in rapeseed oil to the desired cooking point on both sides, seasoning. It also tastes delicious when freshly grilled in the barbecue season.
- Prepare the wok salad according to the recipe above. Serve the meat in a bed of lettuce. Fried potatoes were served as a side dish.
- I came up with the idea for this recipe because the wok salad tasted so good. We had guests who like to eat meat, so I combined both. The guests loved it.
